Remote Diagnostic Service

RD provides the required infrastructure needed by users (e.g., service-engineers) to remotely connect into the automation equipment (drives, PLCs, engines, generators, etc) in order to analyse the occurred problems interactively. In addition, InteliS securely isolate and provides slices of the shared infrastructure (communication paths) as required to facilitate the diagnosis of major OEM suppliers by their specialists, without interfering with others’ equipments.

Reduce the intervention trips by minimum 1 at each service job
The service job is shorted by minimum half-time
Quick remote diagnosis of a reported problem by the most experienced engineer available in the office without need to travel
Allows achieving of problem details for preparing a certain intervention as regards to hardware (sensors/devices failure, etc)
